As a teacher of Mathematics in Melbourne, I know all too well the pressure placed on teachers to teach all required curriculum for each class in the limited time available. And just as you feel you are on track, school camps, ill students and productions set you behind once again. As we rush through the content, it is difficult to spend the time truly required to allow students to gain a broad and meaningful understanding of the concepts presented. We aim to create individualised lessons, target misconceptions, help students recognise their strengths and scaffold difficult concepts. We aim to give students the tools and advise they need to study and revise adequately for their SAC's and exams, whilst assisting them individually with other concepts they are finding difficult.
